Glenn Kelly, Chairman of the Board
President and Chief Executive Officer of Orbite Technologies Inc.
Mr. Kelly, a recognized leader and experienced energy industry executive, is a director of CO2 Solutions since February 2008, and was appointed president and CEO in August 2008, position that he held until May 2013. He is President and Chief Executive Officer for Orbite Technologies Inc., a Canadian cleantech company whose innovative technologies are setting the new standard for alumina production. Previously, Mr. Kelly was president and COO of Rabaska Inc., an LNG import terminal project owned by Gaz Metro, Gaz de France and Enbridge Inc. Previously, he was president and founder of Intragaz Inc., a company specializing in the development and operation of underground natural gas storage facilities, and prior to that, he was employed by Chevron Canada Resources as a drilling and facilities engineer. Mr. Kelly holds a degree in civil engineering from Queens University and an MBA from Laval University.

A successful entrepreneur, Mr. Manherz was the founder and president of ReserveAmerica Inc. Following the sale of ReserveAmerica to Ticketmaster, Mr. Manherz was involved with a series of private equity and venture capital investments in healthcare, biotechnology and real estate. In 2005, Mr. Manherz founded Dundurn Capital Partners and related companies. Dundurn Capital Partners has made investments in "green" technology, sustainable development of buildings, in the nanotechnology space, energy-efficient lighting, carbon capture and developed real estate designed to the LEED(R) Platinum standard (Leadership in energy and environmental design). Mr. Manherz holds an Honours mathematics and computer science bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo.
Lawyer / Associate with DS Welch Bussières
Before joining the team of DS Welch Bussières, Ms. Kimberley Okell was also a lawyer/associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, one of the world's leading international business law and litigation firms. Until the end of 2011, Ms. Okell was vice president, Legal Affairs, and assistant corporate secretary of K-7 ULC, a communications-marketing firm with operations throughout Canada, in the United States and in the United Kingdom. This Company's predecessor was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange until December 2009. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2004, she was legal advisor and corporate secretary of EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc., a company manufacturing testing and measurement equipment for the fibre optic industry and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. From 1999 to 2000, Ms. Okell was vice president of legal affairs and secretary of Groupe Équiconcept Inc., a management holding company involved in the medical field and, from 1997 to 1999, she was the head of Legal Affairs and corporate secretary for Groupe Informission Inc., and its subsidiaries, a company involved in the information technology sector and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to this, Ms. Okell was employed, from 1994 to 1997, by the law firm McCarthy Tétrault where she was part of the business law team. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993.
From 1989 to 2001, Mr. Jocelyn Proteau was chairman of the board and chief executive of the Fédération des Caisses populaires Desjardins de Montréal-et-de-l'Ouest-du-Québec. He is presently chairman of the board of BTB Investment Trust. He is also the lead director of the board of 20/20 Technologies Inc. He also serves on the boards of various companies as non-executive director: Richelieu Hardware Ltd., Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB), Familiprix and HEC Montreal for which he also sits on the pension committee. He has served as non-executive director and chairman of the board of Standard Life Insurance of Canada, Standard Life Trust, and Standard Life Financial Inc., from January 2005 to May 2009, and as non-executive director of Standard Life Plc (Scotland) from August 2003 to May 2009.

Mr. Evan Price, who was chairman of CO2 Solutions since October 2008, was appointed president and Chief Executive Officer in May 2013. Mr. Price is an experienced international business executive who has held leadership positions in a broad variety of industries, including advanced technologies, hospitality and forestry. In addition, he is chairman of IOU Financial (CNSX: IOU), an online provider of business loans in the United States, and a board member of Lyryx Learning, an online learning tool company based in Calgary, Alberta, and
Solifor, one of the province of Québec's largest private owners of timberlands.
Mr. Price is an active philanthropist and serves on the board of the foundation of the Musée National des Beaux-Arts de Québec and two other private foundations. He is a member of the civilian advisory council to
the Royal 22nd Regiment of Canada.
He holds an MBA (Honours) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, a B.Sc. in Forestry Engineering from Laval University and a Certificate of Corporate Governance from Laval University.
